Fortissimo Dueling Piano News!

Happy New Year fellow UpDoNa members! Our neighborhood is poised and ready for some winter fun and relaxation after a bustling holiday season. Fortissimo Dueling Pianos is offering just that with some new events and concepts for you to check out at our 14^th and Champa location.

Fortissimo offers Monthly Theme Parties relating to holidays and local Denver traditions. Our theme parties happen one weekend a month and we encourage you to dress in costume!  In January we are hosting a Rodeo Weekend, so come dressed in your finest western wear! Our February theme party is Mardi Gras Weekend. Think green, yellow, and purple attire, wigs, and beads. The Monthly Theme Parties run 5:00 PM – Close, one Friday and Saturday per month.

Fortissimo offers Concept Nights! Every Wednesday is Live Broadway Jukebox Night hosted by Joshua on piano and Chocolatina in drag. Both hail from the Broadway district of Manhattan. Joshua plays your show tune requests. Chocolatina sings and helps you sing if you get up the nerve to perform on the Fortissimo Stage.  DCPA performers are often seen singing after work with Joshua and Chocolatina. The Fortissimo Live Broadway Jukebox night runs each Wednesday from 5:00 PM – Close, with Joshua and Chocolatina starting at 8:30.

On January 4^th, the Fortissimo Dueling Pianos Supper Club entered the scene! Our Supper Club concept is modeled after post-prohibition era Supper Clubs. Historically, Supper Clubs were considered a “destination” where patrons would spend the whole evening, from cocktail hour to nightclub-style entertainment after dinner. The Fortissimo Supper Club offers a modern twist on this vintage concept each Thursday night. Cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM, dinner service begins at 6:00 PM, and dueling piano entertainment and dancing runs from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
