Solicitation Of Public Input On New Sidewalk Implementation Plan

Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is requesting public input on the development of a Sidewalk Implementation Plan to improve and upgrade the city’s sidewalks. Please click here to see the press release.

We are announcing the May UNO early because it is a special UNO and we want to be sure that you get it on your calendar. Clocktower Cabaret, one of our Business Members, has arranged a very special show for us for our May UNO. Join us for an unforgettable – and inspriring – night of music with Hunter Gammel and his band.

What is Upper Downtown?

Formerly known as the “Central Business District”, we’re now Upper Downtown and we encompass a large section of the downtown area bordered by Lawrence Street, 20th Street, 20th Avenue, North Broadway, West Colfax and Speer Boulevard.

Our community includes over twenty residential buildings with a mix of condominiums, lofts and apartment rentals. We’re also home to hundreds of businesses (large and small), as well as multiple parks, dining and entertainment venues of all types.
