UpDoNa is a city registered neighborhood organization formed to advocate for the interests of the residents and businesses in Upper Downtown Denver.
To have an Upper Downtown community that is and continues to be one of the most sought-after neighborhoods for residents, businesses and visitors.
To be a partner and advocate for the betterment of the Upper Downtown community and all those who live, work and play here!
Formerly known as the “Central Business District”, we’re now Upper Downtown and we encompass a large section of the downtown area bordered by Lawrence Street, 20th Street, North Broadway, West Colfax and Speer Boulevard.
Our community includes over twenty residential buildings with a mix of condominiums, lofts and apartment rentals. We’re also home to hundreds of businesses (large and small), as well as multiple parks, dining and entertainment venues of all types.
