Arts & Beautification Committee: UpDoNA Receives a Grant From Pacific Premier Trust

We are excited to share some big news! UpDoNA has received a grant from Pacific Premier Trust (soon to be Columbia Private Trust) that fuels the future of 19th and Welton Street Education Pocket Park!

This support—championed by The Arts and Beautification Committee of UpDoNa and Denver Parks and Rec will enhance both educational programming, beautification efforts, and neighborhood engagement.

This grant is more than funding—it’s a catalyst for our community to reimagine and reclaim a vital green space, transforming a once-neglected park into a place where nature, education, and community flourish around a stunning bronze fountain.

Special thanks to Nick McCallister of Pacific Premier Trust for believing in our mission, and to the City of Denver Parks and Rec for their steadfast support.

Volunteer opportunities are coming soon, so stay tuned and help us nurture nature in our own backyard!
