Tony Mantelli

Tony is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of West Saloon and Kitchen which resides in the historic Kitteredge Building.

Over the last 10 years, Tony has honed his skills as a small business operator, entrepreneur, corporate trainer, and restaurant

Skills developer. He has also spent many of those years creating connections with businesses that operate out of Upper

Downtown as the Director of the Banquet Dining program at West, which hosts groups from all over the globe. He and his family

employ as many as 150 Coloradans at any given time, many of which are Upper Downtown residents themselves!

Availability

I am happy to make this commitment, and am interested in becoming more involved with the various committees associated with UpDoNA.

Past UpDoNA Involvement

West Saloon hosted the 2025 Annual Meeting for UpDoNA where I was invited to speak in front of the Board and Members.

UNO has also been hosted in our space, as well as other UpDoNA gatherings where I have had the opportunity to network. I have also

provided feedback regarding the open- consumption area on Glenarm Plaza to UpDoNA through a series of emails that helped to have signage

updated.  Beyond that, many Members frequent our restaurant.
