Steve Ridge

I retired in 2025 as COO of a rare‑earth magnet technology company, concluding a 34‑year career in technology, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement with global responsibilities across more than 20 countries. I have served and continue to serve on several for‑profit and non‑profit boards and lived in Dallas, Houston, Princeton, Wilmington, Singapore, and Philadelphia. Now based in downtown Denver, I enjoy the city’s walkable arts, sports, and dining scene. I serve on the UpDoNA Safety Committee and chair the Good Neighbor Committee, and I volunteer with the Denver Rescue Mission, and mentor individuals experiencing homelessness.
