How your membership helps

Your membership enables UpDoNA to continue working to make Upper Downtown a cleaner and safer place in which to live, work and play. UpDoNA works with Denver city leaders on the issues that we currently face, like, open drug use, crime, trash, and the cleanliness and safety of our streets and sidewalks. UpDoNA also promotes volunteerism and community building through social events. Some of our budget is used to fund membership drives which are necessary to continually expand our membership. There is strength in numbers, and more members (who are also voters) translates to more influence with elected officials to ensure that they keep residents’ and business's quality of life in mind when making their decisions. UpDoNA also partners with homeless organizations and other charities to raise funds to help those in need.
