Please welcome new UpDoNa business member Kent Hollier. Kent is a 20 year oil and gas title attorney whose office is in the Equitable Building on 17th Street, in the heart of Upper Downtown. He advises clients on various transactions and agreements in the oil and gas exploration and production business, including leases, purchases and sales, participation and pooling agreements, farmout and joint operating agreements. He also focuses on land title matters, including drilling and division order, acquisition, and supplemental title opinions. He is licensed to practice law not just here in Colorado but also in Wyoming, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
Kent graduated from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston Law Center and has called Denver home since 2012. In addition to his busy law practice, Kent is a certified mediator and accredited arbitrator and is active in many professional organizations. In addition to UpDoNa, he is involved with the Downtown Denver Partnership, Denver Food Rescue, and the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. Kent also represents District 10 on Denver’s Bicycle Advisory Committee and, in his spare time, enjoys skiing and exploring Denver with his wife and his young children.
